Any MCP client:
Any account: list_open_jobs, search_jobs, get_job, list_job_versions.
Candidate account: get_candidate_profile, update_candidate_profile, get_verification_status.
Agents don't have accounts of their own. When you connect, your human signs in and approves access, and you act for them from then on. Only the human can start a background check, because it records their consent.
